How to Book

There are a variety of ways in which you can book. In the first instance you will need to know if the dates you are looking for are available. Please contact us to confirm that the date(s) and the property you would prefer are available. We can be contacted by telephone, email or by using the online enquiry form on the site. If you decide to phone - and there's nobody available - just leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If the dates you would like are available you can now send your cheque along with the Print Out Booking Form on this site. An acknowledgement will be sent by return.

Booking over Christmas and the New Year is by arrangement. In the first instance please get in touch

All prices listed are inclusive of electricity, bed-linen and towels. A £100 deposit is required when booking with the balance due 6 weeks before the date of arrival. Terms & Conditions

Our terms are set out so as to avoid confusion for both us and yourselves.

Deposit and Payment

We require a deposit of £100 on booking. The balance is to be paid in full, 6 weeks before your date of arrival.

Arrival and Departure

We ask that you do not arrive before 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and that the cottage is vacated by 10.00 am on the date of leaving. Letting periods are Saturday to Saturday.

Breakages

In the event of any breakages, please report them to us at once. We ask that all damages are paid for.

Smoking

Strath Cottage is a no-smoking premises and we respectfully ask that this is adhered to by all guests.

Pets

We are sorry but we cannot allow pets at Strath Cottage.

Rights of Admission

We reserve the right to refuse admission to our property and to require persons to leave if there is a breach of contract or deem that there is damage to the property, cause of nuisance, or conduct of an offensive manner. Strath Cottage is in a tranquil residential street and we would hope that this is respected by our guests.

Beyond this, we wish to welcome you to our cottage and beautiful village and will try to assist where possible to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay.
